RETURN AND EXCHANGE/REFUND

We only accept return requests for goods purchased on our Website. For returns of products purchased from another retailer, please contact the original store of purchase.

 

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To return a product you must email to support@samsonite.com.kw or call 24967770 ( 8am  to 4pm Sunday to Thursday). We will strive to contact you within 1 – 3 business days with a Return Authorisation and further instructions on how to return your goods.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

For incorrect or defective items shipped, change of mind, we have a 14 days return policy upon receipt of sales order by Samsonite, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, proof of purchase, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  2. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
  3. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item packs have to be returned as a whole set. If the order was received with: a gift with purchase, bonus items, bundles, sets, it must be returned together with the returned order.
  4. All returns will be reviewed first by Samsonite Kuwait and we reserve the right to perform remedies.

You can receive your refund via any of the below Modes:

Refund

Refund to your bank account: Your amount will be refunded back to your bank account if you have made your payments by cards. Though this might take a bit longer due to banking processes and internal formalities. When refund the bank charges will be deducted from the invoice amount.

Cash refund: This will be applied if you have made your payments by cash on delivery.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Most of the bank refunds take around 2-4 Weeks for processing due to internal and bank-related processes. Rest assured your money is safe!
